NOS cycling hat shelf worn condition
This hat has some sort of coating on it i believe originally may have been water resistant..the coat is somewhat coming off and cap will need to be cleaned up if you intend to use it..lools like a red dust sort of...also theres a kind of line stain  on one of the panels..see pictures
